Prodia Collaborates with Alia Hospital to Provide Convenience in Patient Services

JAKARTA, 24 November 2022 – PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (Prodia) has signed a cooperation agreement with Alia Hospital in laboratory operations management to allow for easy access of patients to laboratory tests at the hospital. The cooperation agreement is part of Prodia's efforts to collaborate with local health services to provide international-standard, high-quality test results. The collaboration was inaugurated at Alia Hospital, Depok City. The event was attended by Indriyanti Rafi Sukmawati, the Business & Marketing Director at Prodia, dr. Bina Ratna Kusuma Fitri, MM. as Acting Director at Alia Hospital, and guests.

Prodia’s Business & Marketing Director, Indriyanti Rafi Sukmawati, said, "Prodia appreciates the strategic partnership, which was jointly initiated with Alia Hospital, in managing the examination laboratory operations at Alia Hospital. This commitment is part of Prodia's efforts to provide comprehensive laboratory examination services through our strategic partners. This collaboration helps complement Alia Hospital's health services with a number of Prodia’s laboratory supporting facilities that have international standards as certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) so that patients can get diagnostic results with a high level of validity and accuracy that can be used overseas."

Alia Hospital’s Acting Director dr. Bina Ratna Kusuma Fitri, MM. said, “Alia Hospital welcomes the collaboration with Prodia Laboratory to support complete health services for patients. We hope that this collaboration can be well maintained on a long-term basis. The partnership between Alia Hospital and Prodia serves as an example for hospitals and other health facilities to provide convenience for our patients who need fast and accurate examination services, which in this case [requires collaboration between] a hospital and a laboratory."

Prodia will manage the examination laboratory operations not only at Alia Hospital’s branch in Depok City but also that in Pondok Bambu. With the interconnected system, Alia Hospital’s patients will be facilitated in meeting their needs for laboratory tests according to referrals and diagnoses from Alia Hospital’s doctors.

Over time, Prodia has formed partnerships with several hospitals and health services throughout Indonesia. The hospital partnerships are part of Prodia's commitment to expanding a holistic health service network and reaching patients who require comprehensive laboratory tests with accurate, precise, and high-quality results. Going forward, Prodia will continue its commitment to expanding the coverage area of its services evenly across Indonesia while at the same time promoting Prodia's hub-and-spoke concept as a national referral laboratory.
