Prodia is committed to contributing to improving the quality of public health through consistent and sustainable corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
Prodia carries out corporate social responsibility activities, one of which aims to provide added value to all stakeholders including shareholders, customers, employees, and the environment so that Prodia's business can grow sustainably.
The focus of the implementation of Prodia's social responsibility activities rests on 4 (four) areas including: environment, employment, occupational health and safety, community social affairs, and customers. Implementation of social responsibility activities in these four areas has a positive impact on Prodia's business continuity and increases stakeholder trust in Prodia.
Prodia ensures that its business activities do not have a negative impact on the environment. Prodia's concern is in line with the mandate of Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management.

Prodia has guidelines for an emergency response system for wastewater treatment plants (IPAL) and waste temporary storage areas (TPS).

Prodia also ensures that waste management meets the environmental quality standards set by the Government. Prodia already has a Liquid Waste Treatment Plant (WWTP) or Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) so that it can manage liquid waste independently.

The transportation and processing of solid Medical Hazardous and Toxic (B3) waste is also carried out in collaboration with selected vendors. Prodia ensures that the third parties who manage the medical waste have adequate facilities and have official permits to manage the waste.

Prodia already has certification in the environmental field. Prodia also strives to carry out its operational activities in accordance with the management and preservation of the environment in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.
Prodia implements employment practices in accordance with applicable labor-related laws and regulations. Prodia also strives to apply the best practices in managing human resources, considering that employees are an important aspect that determines the company's business performance.
In the field of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Prodia is committed to creating safe working conditions and places for all employees. Prodia has a policy that has been formulated and implemented to meet all standards and criteria for employment and K3 in order to record excellent performance in this field. This policy is always supported by the Board of Directors and disseminated to all stakeholders, especially employees. Prodia also continues to improve employee safety awareness with reference to the applicable regulations regarding K3.
Prodia is committed to contributing in the social and community fields, especially in the health and education aspects. Prodia's real commitment is manifested in the form of thalassemia screening, the establishment of the Prodia Education and Research Institute (PERI), as well as the development of research in the fields of medicine and biomedical sciences.

Thalassemia Screening
One of the corporate social responsibility activities that focuses on public health is the Thalassemia Screening Program. Thalassemia is a blood disorder disease caused by a deficiency of one of the hemoglobin (Hb) forming substances so that hemoglobin production decreases. Thalassemia is a group of eight major catastrophic diseases. Through this thalassemia screening program, Prodia helps the community to find out from an early stage whether there are indications of thalassemia disease.

Provision of COVID-19 Examination Assistance for Public Servants
In 2021, Prodia has provided COVID-19 testing assistance to more than 3,800 public servants from around 85 agencies including the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Community Health Centers, Health Services, Hospitals, Media, Kelurahan and Kecamatan, and public agencies other. The provision of inspection assistance is in line with Prodia's commitment to continue to contribute in handling the COVID-19 pandemic as well as a form of Prodia's appreciation for handling the COVID-19 pandemic by public servants.

Prodia Education and Research Institute (PERI)
Prodia Education and Research Institute (PERI) was established on July 14, 2006 with the aim of being the best center for education and research in the field of medicine and health. In carrying out its mission, PERI also supports the development of research in the fields of medicine and health by providing scholarships for researchers for Diploma, Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels, providing research funding grants and holding training, seminars and workshops.
Since 2009, PERI has also published The Indonesian Biomedical Journal (InaBJ) which contains research results and review articles on the development of biomedical sciences. InaBJ has also been officially indexed by Scopus. InaBJ has a mission to develop knowledge in the biomedical field of medicine and health. InaBJ can be used by doctors, researchers and students as material for discussion of biomedical research because this journal contains the latest information on research, new findings, especially in the biomedical and molecular fields.
Since 1991, Prodia has supported more than 3,000 studies and carried out nearly 400 new examinations for research needs. Until 2021, Prodia has signed cooperation agreements with 43 institutions consisting of faculties of medicine, pharmacy, science and technology institutions, government research institutions, and professional organizations. This collaboration is aimed at increasing educational and research activities, especially in the field of biomedical medicine in Indonesia.

Prodia Scientific Day
Prodia Scientific Day has been held since 2016 as a place for employees, scientists, and doctors to obtain the latest information regarding the development of laboratory examinations and research that has been carried out, both by Prodia and by doctors or scientists who work with Prodia. Through this activity, it is hoped that the participants will be able to obtain a lot of the latest information in the health sector, especially laboratory and biomedical examinations, so that they can bring up superior innovations that are beneficial to society.
Customers are the main priority for Prodia. Prodia is committed to always ensuring that each of its products and services results in high customer satisfaction, to form a loyal customer base and can support the sustainability of its business.

Teleconsultation Services
By utilizing medical technology online or telemedicine, Prodia provides teleconsultation services that aim to provide convenience for customers in conducting consultations regarding health conditions without having to come to Prodia. If further action is needed, the doctor will provide a referral according to the customer's condition, such as providing an introduction for examinations at Prodia, vaccinations, and prescribing. This teleconsultation service is valid at Prodia branches that have clinic licenses, and is available for lay customers at Prodia clinics from May 22, 2020.

Prodia In Your Car
Prodia in Your Car service allows blood samples to be taken in the customer's car so that the customer does not need to get out of the car, the officer will approach and take the sample while still implementing the applicable security and safety protocols.

Prodia has a home service that can be used for customers during a pandemic. Customers can order this service through the Prodia Mobile application, Contact Prodia or contact the nearest Prodia branch.

Prodia has Kontak Prodia 1500 830 to improve service to loyal customers and the public. Prodia's contact can serve customers and the public who need the latest information about Prodia. Prodia also launched the Tanya Prodia (TANIA) chatbot which operates 24 hours a day and can be accessed online via LINE, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and the Prodia website.
TANIA is Prodia's online-based virtual personal assistant. With TANIA, customers can easily get track information about Prodia anywhere and anytime.

Online Registration and Payment Services
In order to improve service for customers, since 2017, Prodia has launched an online registration and payment system for Prodia customers. This online registration and payment service helps customers who are going to have a health check at the Prodia Clinical Laboratory, so they don't have to wait in long queues at the branch.
Through this service, customers can easily register themselves, choose the type of inspection they want, determine the location of the inspection, and pay in the way they want. In addition, customers can also chat with doctors for free consultations and place orders for Home Service.
This online registration and payment system can be accessed through the Prodia Mobile application which can be downloaded on Google Play and the App Store.

Prodia Customer Club (PCC) is a membership token given to Prodia's loyal customers as a form of appreciation from the management. This customer was chosen because of their loyalty and contribution to the development of Prodia Clinical Laboratory. As a PCC member, there are various special facilities that can be utilized, starting from reduced costs for laboratory examinations, routine health information through educational series brochures and Smartliving magazine, vouchers for reduced costs that can be used by relatives and so on.

Prodia realizes that customer trust is the main requirement in order to achieve business success and maintain business continuity.
